Pecan wood provides a strong, smooth smoke with the sweet nutty flavour of pecans and gives food a real Southern BBQ flavour. With a mixture of 60% Oak and 40% Pecan, this blend offers a nice balance between heat and Pecan flavour. Lumber Jack Pecan Blend wood BBQ pellets are considered an all-food favourite but are particularly great with chicken and ribs.
