Stand-up, resealable foil package. Each package will prepare 15lbs/6.8 kg of meat. Make it in your own oven, dehydrator or smoker. Excellent on all domestic and wild meat. Can be used with full muscle as well as ground meat.

Each package will do approximately 23 pounds of sausage.

Excellent for pepperoni snack sticks and breakfast links.
