Our mild whole pepper! Make a sweet pepper paste out of this one, and use it as a cocktail spread for melba toast, or a dip for broccoli florets or zucchini sticks. Great on meat or fish dishes, and can be used to add colour to any entree. Add the leftover brine to vegetable cocktails for some excitement. Do something different and feel free!
