Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

  • The original receipt must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • Products must be in their original packaging, in unopened condition

Options for Returns

    • The credit can be used toward any future purchase.
  2. Exchange:
    • You can exchange the product for another item of equal or lesser value.
    • If the exchanged item is of greater value, the difference must be paid at the time of exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Opened or used food items, such as spice rubs or other consumables.
  • Custom or bulk orders, including co-packed or private-labeled products.
  • Products marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Gift Cards are non-returnable
