Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
- The original receipt must be provided as proof of purchase.
- Products must be in their original packaging, in unopened condition
Options for Returns
- In-Store Credit:
- The item must be in unopened condition.
- The credit can be used toward any future purchase.
- Exchange:
- You can exchange the product for another item of equal or lesser value.
- If the exchanged item is of greater value, the difference must be paid at the time of exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Opened or used food items, such as spice rubs or other consumables.
- Custom or bulk orders, including co-packed or private-labeled products.
- Products marked as “Final Sale.”
- Gift Cards are non-returnable
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Visit our store at 16 Talbot St West, Blenheim, Ontario,.
- Bring the item(s) along with your original receipt.
- Speak with a team member to process your return or exchange.
