Trout Brine Mix
Trout Brine Mix is made with sea salt, honey and brown sugar. Simple & easy, just add brine mix to water, soak fish, rinse and then smoke. Excellent on trout & can be used on all other fish as well.

Each package will do approximately 25 pounds of sausage.
